Delaware Behavioral Health Navigation LLC was founded on both professional expertise and lived understanding.
Before dedicating my career to behavioral health, I personally experienced how overwhelming and fragmented the system can feel when you’re trying to find help. Navigating treatment options, understanding levels of care, and knowing who to trust should not feel confusing — especially during moments of vulnerability. That experience shaped my perspective and ultimately guided my professional path.
Over the years, I have worked in behavioral health and recovery support roles, gaining experience in treatment coordination, peer support, family systems, and navigating various levels of care. I understand both the clinical structure of the system and the human side of what individuals and families go through.
Delaware Behavioral Health Navigation LLC was created to bridge that gap.
We provide non-clinical guidance, advocacy, intervention support, and care navigation services for individuals and families seeking mental health or substance use treatment. Our role is to offer clarity, education, and support — helping you understand your options and make informed decisions without pressure or judgment.
This work is deeply meaningful to me. I believe in meeting people with dignity, compassion, and transparency. Whether someone is seeking help for the first time or supporting a loved one in crisis, they deserve honest guidance and a steady, caring presence.
Delaware Behavioral Health Navigation exists to simplify the process, protect your autonomy, and walk alongside you as you determine the next right step.
Meeting you with understanding. Guiding you with care.
